Hidayatullah Akhtar: Introduction: Hidayatullah Akhtar (Urduہدایت اللہ آختر‎) is a columnist, writer, poet, social worker and Ex Govt servant from Gilgit Pakistan. He has written many Urdu columns for various Urdu-language newspapers in Gilgit Pakistan. He has also served as Manager IDBP Gilgit,ADBP Islamabad and Regional Manager SME Bank in Gilgit Hidayatullah Akhtar is also Founder member of the Halqa eArbab Zoq and Krakrum Writers Fourm Gilgit Career and education: Hidayatullah Akhtar received a Master's degree in Master of Business Administration from Punjab University, Lahore. He has served as Regional Manager SME Bank Gilgit Pakistan. He received and attended various seminars and workshops within Pakistan and Project Supervision course certificate from PDCP (Private Development Corporation Manila Philippines. He is presently Administrator Northland Public Schools Gilgit and is over all in charge of community as partner Development Organization. He is also president of DNN (District NGO Net wok Gilgit .
